Lovely breakfasts with the granola, food options to choose from plus silver coffee. Elegant & bright room with coffee, walls for a view plus every comfort. Favourable location in a lovely area near shops, restaurants, Hyde Park, and Kensington Palace and sights and restaurants. Again, 15 minutes walk from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. Special mention to Steven the doorman for his lovely welcome. The room was small but had lots of extra touches and a large, spotless bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. The hotel's location was perfect, close to transportation and amenities. Leo at the bar area made us feel comfortable and even shared a cocktail recipe with us. Highly recommended!
Nothing at all.

The hotel offered a couple of complementary snacks and drinks which was nice. The location was great, close to museums and parks. Also, the bed was super comfortable.
The hotel was really loud, with lots of noise coming from the street and other guests. Plus, the room was quite small and felt cramped.

I got great value for my money at the Milestone Hotel in Kensington. The room was fantastic, with an amazing view of Kensington Gardens. The location was perfect, right by Kensington Palace and the park. The staff treated me like royalty, their hospitality was outstanding.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The hotel's staff were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious and the room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel's location was also a great advantage, with easy access to public transport and taxis readily available.
The size of the deluxe room was quite small and lacked adequate storage space. It would be beneficial to have larger rooms available, especially for couples travelling together.

The upgrade we received at the Milestone Hotel was a delightful surprise. We had booked two rooms but were given a spacious residence with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The hotel's location in Kensington, opposite Kensington Palace, was perfect for exploring the city. The traditional English decor added a charming touch to our stay. The outstanding service provided by the staff made our experience even more memorable. From personalized drink preferences to prompt assistance whenever needed, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bed turn-down service was enchanting, with little books, book lights, and daily treats. The hotel's attention to detail and outstanding service make it a top recommendation.
Only downside was the small room size, common in European hotels.

This hotel exceeds luxury expectations with its exclusive amenities. We were welcomed by professional staff who took care of every detail, from the immaculate rooms to fulfilling our special diet menus. the spa & wellness center, with its treatment rooms and beauty treatments, was a paradise of relaxation. the buffet breakfast served in the bar/lounge area was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the size of the room, which was smaller than expected. Nevertheless, the room advantages more than made up for it, including private facilities and in-room breakfast.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of a disused Chapel and conveniently close to the tube. There were also many bars, shops, and restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a delicious array of options, and the facilities, such as the indoor pool and mini spa area, added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee in the room, especially for those who prefer to have a hot beverage early in the morning.
